1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Omnibot Cloud LLC (“Omnibot Cloud”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.omnibotcloud.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. Omnibot Cloud LLC is the controller of the personal information described here.

This policy covers the Site only. Personal information we process while delivering services to a client is governed by the agreement with that client. If we later offer an online platform, data processed through it (for example, account data, robot session metadata, video, telemetry or uploaded assets) will be covered by separate platform terms and customer agreements.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you send an inquiry through our contact form we collect:

  • Your name and email address (required)
  • Your company and phone number (optional)
  • The type of inquiry you select and the message you write

If you email us directly, we collect your email address, name and anything you include in your message.

Please don't include sensitive personal information (such as health, financial or government ID data) in your message.

  • Server and security logs. Our hosting and API providers record technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the Site, keep it secure and investigate abuse.
  • Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the Site, such as pages viewed, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. If you decline, the analytics script is not loaded at all.
  • Your consent choice. We store your cookie preference in your browser so we don't have to ask on every visit.

See our Cookie Policy for details of each cookie and storage item.

  • Service providers that process data on our behalf under contract: Amazon Web Services (site hosting, the API and serverless function that receive the contact form, and the notification service that delivers inquiries to our team’s inbox), our business email provider, business software we use to manage communications with prospects and clients, Google Analytics (only if you consent), and Google Fonts (which receives your IP address when your browser downloads the Site’s typefaces).

6. How long we keep information

  • Inquiries: for as long as needed to respond and pursue the discussion. If no engagement follows, we delete inquiries within 24 months of our last contact with you. If you become a client, records are kept in line with our client agreement and legal obligations.
  • Server and security logs: usually no more than 90 days, unless needed to investigate an incident.
  • Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for the retention period we configure, which is never more than 14 months.
